"That's my favorite part about making music.  We take these sounds and stories that live in our head, and we put them out in the world for people once strangers to find pieces of themselves in.  When you hear it how I hear it, then you feel it how I feel it, and I know that you've known it, too. After that, I don't know how we could really be strangers anymore."
